Second Stop. Cheetah Outreach. Somerset West.
Here we will meet and see hand reared Cheetahs and their cubs.
Cheetah and Cub Encounters will be available for the brave !
Third Stop. Spice Route. Paarl.
Explore the Spice Route Destination for wine tasting, chocolate tasting & Craft Beer Tasting Visit the local artisans and shops which include a glass blowing studio, a brewery, an art gallery, a chocolate factory, a distillery, and a deli
The Tour
Start your adventure with a visit to Eagle Encounters – a rehabilitation, conservation and eco-education zone at the Spier Wine Estate in Stellenbosch. Here you and your children will be able to get up close and personal with our Birds of pray. There are scheduled show times where you’ll be able to engage with and handle a wide range of birds.
After Spier we head of to Somerset West where we will visit The Cheetah Outreach program. Here we will see and be educated on saving the cheetahs for fucher generations.
You will get a chance to meet an adult cheetah if you’re brave enough!
Last stop of the day will be the Spice Route in Paarl.
Here will be more wine tasting along with craft beers tasting, chocolate tasting and lunch from the deli or one of the two restaurants. Here you can wander around and take in the fanatic views of Paarl and Stellenbosch.
